Biography:
Born in Paris, Aristotelis Megoulas, listed among the 100 most influential chefs of the decade, grew up in Piraeus. He studied Economics in Bologna, the gastronomic capital of Italy, before being drawn to his ancestral home, Corfu. Through his distinctive culinary style and unexpected ingredient combinations, his goal is to create beautiful memories around a table filled with delicious food, wine, and love. Since 2006, his creative base has been his beloved restaurant Pomo d’Oro in Corfu, which has received significant distinctions, including two stars in the FNL Guide, the award for Contemporary Greek Cuisine from Athinorama–Alpha Guide, and the Golden Palm from the Flag gastronomic guide.
