Chef at “Marina Yacht Club”, Consultant Chef “Greek Breakfast”

Chef started his culinary journey at the age of 8 when he started helping the family company “PALLAS” that they hold till this day in Lesvos.
Gradually, he began to familiarize himself with cooked food in the company of his Mother and Grandmother, who gave him the trigger to experiment and try different flavor combinations. Later on, he graduated from the Department of Culinary Art of the Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies “Le Monde”, he has been a professor of Culinary Art in various I.I.E.K. and D.I.E.K.
In the Catering sector, he has worked in a multitude of restaurants among which: Bistro “Quartier d’Athènes” as Chef, “Beer on us” as Chef , the Bar-Restaurant “Dioskouri” with Chef Dimitris Politis, as sous-chef.

He has worked as an Executive Chef at the “Mythical Coast” hotel in Lesvos and today he is occupied as a chef at the “Marina Yacht Club” in Lesvos as well.
Finally, along with the “Greek Breakfast” initiative in which he contributes as a Consultant Chef, they promote Tastes, and Aromas from all over Greece under the auspices of the Hellenic Hotel Chamber.
