Stavrianakis Georgios

Giorgos Stavrianakis is an agronomist, graduate of the Agricultural University of Athens (2012). After his postgraduate studies in the field of “Agriculture, Plant Improvement & Agricultural Experimentation” at the same university, obtained a PhD at the University of the Aegean on “Understorey Biodiversity Management in Olive Groves for Integrated Management of Olive Tree Natural Enemies” (2023). He is working as a researcher since 2020 in National and European projects that aim to enhance biodiversity and protect the natural and rural landscape. His research interests are in agroecology, entomology and sustainable olive cultivation with environmentally friendly practices.
