He is a graduate of the Department of Management of the University of the Aegean, born in Plomari, Lesvos. He is professionally involved in the olive oil sector as a producer and owner of the Protoulis Master Olive Oil Makers olive mills. He has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of cultivation and production of high-quality olive oil. He has attended seminars on sensory evaluation of olive oil and is a member of the tasting laboratory of ELGO – DIMITRA, Olive Oil of Mytilene, Lesvos.
