Mrs. Xeni Gerna is the Director of the Vocational Training Institute of Thessaloniki of the Ministry of Tourism. She has an MSc in Tourism
Management and in Education Management. She is an experienced Professor of Management in Public Tourism Education, with a
demonstrated history of working in the Greek Hospitality Industry. She speaks English, German, French and Italian. She specializes
in teaching hospitality management, human resource management and tourism & marketing management. She has spoken at many national and international conferences and workshops.
