Quality & Communications Manager Kalamata Olive Oil Taste Laboratory

Anna Milionis is one of the people who has had a significant contribution to the establishment of the Kalamata Olive Oil Taste Laboratory at the University of Peloponnese; to date, the only such laboratory in a higher educational institution in Greece. The laboratory is accredited and recognized by the International Olive Council for the sensory analysis of olive oil and, from 2022 the first for the sensory analysis of table olives. She works as the Quality Assurance and Communication Manager, a position that includes project management, provision of services, education and research duties. He has been trained in Italy, Spain and the USA. She is a PhD candidate in the field of the linguistic description of the new sensory defect that occurs due to the attack of olive fruit by anthracnose.
