He manages olive groves throughout Greece that aim to produce high quality extra virgin olive oil. Holds the position of Chief Agronomist of Mediterre Eurofood SA. He has been particularly concerned with improving crop productivity using organic, biodynamic and natural farming methods. Participates in the optimisation of productivity and biodiversity of the olive grove in Sigri, Lesvos. Representative of the Geotechnical Chamber of Greece in the committees for drawing up the national strategy for olive oil at the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.
