Maria Christina holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Journalism & New Technologies from Donau-Universitat Krems, Austria, as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Relations Studies & Crisis Management from the European Institute of Communications, which is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Maria brings a wealth of knowledge of every corner of Greece. Equally important, her extensive connections with regional government officials, civil society leaders, citizen cooperatives, and academics who work on a variety of fields, including in archaeology, sustainability, and programs that benefit local society, allow Maria to arrange special and unique itineraries for land tours and luxury small cruise ship voyages, activities and events that suit the needs of the educational, cultural and other America’s leading organizations Thalassa Journeys serves, and enhance the experience of their travelers.
Maria Christina is also the Chair of the Committee on Culture of the European Union of Women, Greek Section and she has been honored several times in Greece and abroad for her activities.
