Yannis is passionate with traditional tastes and memories and he loves to renovate them into modern gastronomy on high level. Properly educated, efficient, with design skills loves to use pure material and fresh food in his recipes. He is hard working, responsible, well organized and polite with excellent organizational skills. He managed to communicate work effectively within a team. He has good interpersonal and leadership qualities and he is also a keen motivator. The last two years he has been established his own Food and Beverage consulting company with a professional team.
He graduated from IHTTI institute (International Hotel, Travel, Tourism Institute) – Switzerland. He holds a Food and Beverage Management diploma from IHTTI- Switzerland, Diploma in Culinary Arts for Chef Training and a Certificate of outstanding performance in Culinary Skills.
He has been awarded as a chef 5 times so far with the title “GOLD TOQUE” by the gastronomic magazine ATHINORAMA, and he has won 8 Gold medals in National culinary competitions, 5 Silver medals – at the 3rd Greek Gastronomy Festival 2005, 2 Silver medals in International Food Competition, and an award for Outstanding performance in culinary skills by Nestle Group- Greece.
